1.Getting Started

Create an Account

Go to the Registration page and fill in your name, email, and password.

Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.

Log in to access your dashboard. You'll start with the Free plan — 50 messages per day.

2.AI Chat

Sending Messages

Navigate to AI Chat from the sidebar.

Select your preferred AI model from the dropdown (GPT-4o, GPT-5, DeepSeek, etc.).

Type your message in the input box and press Enter or click the Send button.

Use the suggestion buttons for quick prompts, or click any prompt from your library.

Selecting AI Models

Different models excel at different tasks:

GPT-4o	General purpose, reasoning, coding
GPT-5	Advanced reasoning, complex tasks
DeepSeek Chat	Cost-effective, fast responses

Using Prompts

Save your favorite prompts for quick reuse. Create custom prompts for SEO, blogging, coding, marketing, and more. Access them from the Prompts page or use the suggestion buttons in chat.

3.Training Your AI

Nimz AI can be trained with your own data to provide accurate, context-aware responses about your business.

Website Training

Go to AI Training → Website Training.

Enter your website URL and start crawling.

The system will extract content, chunk it, and index it for semantic search.

Document Training

Go to AI Training → Document Training.

Upload supported files: PDF, DOCX, CSV, TXT, MD, HTML.

Content is automatically parsed, chunked, and indexed.

FAQ Training

Add question-answer pairs manually. This is great for common customer questions like hours, policies, and pricing.

Manual Knowledge

Enter business information directly: company name, description, services, pricing, hours, contact details, business rules, and custom instructions. The AI uses this as context for every conversation.

Product Catalog

Add your products with name, category, price, description, and SKU. The AI can answer product-related questions using this catalog.

4.Managing Conversations

History & Search

All your conversations are saved automatically. Use the search bar to find past conversations by title or content. You can rename conversations for easy identification.

Export Chats

Open a conversation and click the Export button.

Choose your format: TXT, CSV, JSON, or PDF preview.

Pin & Archive

Pin important conversations for quick access. Archive old ones to keep your list clean.

Upgrading

Go to Subscription from your dashboard to upgrade. We support Stripe and PayPal payments. Invoices are generated automatically for every payment.

6.API Access

Getting API Keys

Go to API Keys in your dashboard (Pro plan required).

Click Create New Key and optionally restrict by IP.

Copy your key and use it as a Bearer token in API requests.

Rate limit: 60 requests per minute by default.

7.Team Workspace

Collaborate with Your Team

Go to Team from your dashboard (Pro plan required).

Create a workspace and give it a name.

Invite team members by email and assign roles (Owner, Manager, Member).

4

Share conversations and prompts within the workspace.
